Move N Groove Kids is a dance and exercise video that teachers and parents can use both in-class and at home. Kids follow along to a comprehensive dance and fitness routine that introduces them to various types of movements while encouraging them to explore new and different ways of moving their own bodies.
Each video starts off with a warm up, then moves into locomotor and non-locomotor movements. Kids then follow a series of aerobic dance exercises, and conclude with a relaxing cool-down segment. Deb is currently an adjunct professor in NYU s Dance Education Department and has been teaching Creative Movement in private studios, schools, and childrens programs in the New York area for the past ten years. Move N Groove Kids captures her highly acclaimed teaching practice on a video that s fun, engaging, and perfect for every child.
